If you do not have a cell phone come to the office door and ring the door bell. 

Only the patient being seen will be permitted to enter the office. If you need an assistant you may bring one person into the office to assist you.

You must wear a mask covering your nose and mouth.

If you have a fever or a cough you must make us aware of that before coming into the office!
